Above is a recent picture of our
whole family. In the back is me (Chris) and
Stewart my Husband. In the front are
our two lovely daughters, holding our two
cats. Vickie is holding ‘Smudge’
the black and white one and Claire is holding
‘Sandy’ the ginger one.
So now a little about us all...
we have been married for well...ages and
ages !! I (Chris) have worked as
a qualified Paediatric nurse for years and still
enjoy doing this even now. My
hobbies are many and varied but include: golf,
reading, cross-stitch, and music
of various artists. My passion is most
definately “Chris de Burgh” and
his music !!
Stewart works in a small local
company selling specialist materials for the
plumbing industry. His hobbies
are varied just like mine, but include, reading, golf,
beer making and of course music,
and most definitely, “Chris de Burgh”.
Claire our eldest daughter has just
finished her university training to be
a Paediatric nurse just like her
Mum ! She graduated on
but after finishing her second
year as a fully trained nurse, she left the profession and is
currently studying at ‘IT’
course.
Vickie our youngest has just
finished University in 2003 and now has
a joint degree in English and History. She is currently doing ‘bank’
work, to earn
some money before going into more
training as a journalist, which she hopes to
commence very shortly.Now as I
update this section again, Vickie has started her
‘Journalists’ training course and
in 6 months time will hopefully be a
Junior reporter omewhere!!
Smudge the black and white cat is
a great big ‘puddy’ cat who demands to sit
on our laps just when she wants
to !!
Sandy the ginger one is a very
quiet friendly cat who is a real ‘whoosy’ and just
loves to be snuggled up on
someone’s lap no matter what time of day!!.
